Vitalii Rishko

Vitalii is a Non-Resident Fellow in the Peace & Security section at Global Governance Institute. He is also a Visiting Researcher of the Transatlantic Dialogue Center in Ukraine, where he covers issues surrounding Russia’s ongoing invasion of Ukraine, and its implications on regional and global security. He previously contributed to the EU Affairs Research Team at The New Global Order, a think tank. Prior, Vitalii was a trainee at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Ukraine, and an intern at a French start-up company, where he held the position of OSINT analyst. He holds a Bachelor’s in International Relations from Ivan Franko National University of Lviv, focusing on Foreign Policy and National Security, and a Master’s in International Security from the University of Groningen, in the Netherlands. Vitalii’s research interests are International Order, Great Power Competition, Grand Strategy, Transatlantic Security, and EU/NATO Enlargement Policies.
