Roxana Andrei

Roxana Andrei is an experienced researcher in the field of energy security and conflict analysis,
working on risk assessment of natural resources supplies, resilience of critical energy supply infrastructure, and natural gas and oil trade. At present, Roxana is leading the research project “Natural Gas at the Frontline Between the EU, Russia and Turkey”, awarded by the Foundation for Science and Technology in Portugal for the period 2023-2029 and hosted by the University Institute of Lisbon (ISCTE). Since 2019, she has been collaborating, as a senior expert, with the European Defence Agency in the long-term project Consultation Forum For Sustainable Energy in the Defence and Security Sector&quot (CF SEDSS), being the author of the study “Protection of Offshore Critical Energy Infrastructure beyond National Sovereignty”. Roxana holds a Ph.D. in International Politics and Conflict Resolution from the University of Coimbra.
